Everyone does it.But here are some things to keep in mind: 1.It is important to know what another person is thinking. 2.What other people think of you changes from moment to moment. Say,for instance,a friend tells you that someone said something bad about you.Of course,you feel hurt and you begin wondering all kinds of things : What did I do to make this other person angry? Why is she saying these things? What can I do t o get bac k at her? But it is important to remember that this person could have been in a bad mood when she said what she did.
